CD Digipak Plans

Here is our first draft that we made for the CD design in our digipak. We was undecided as I felt that it was unclear that the pictures used were ink in water. The pictures were too tightly packed together and this took away the effect that we wanted. We chose to use the ink in water as this is our background on our website, therefore we wanted to keep things consistent within our artist and her music video. 

Here is our second draft for the CD design in our digipak. We both agreed that we liked this design much better as it was clearer as to what the picture was and it was not to cramped. The white background gave the black ink a better effect and made it stand out.

Feedback for Draft 4

Here is some feedback that we gained from our fourth draft. We could see what our strengths and weaknesses were in order to improve our video. We gained confidence and inspiration from this feedback.

Our Artist's Website So Far

Here is our 'Home' page for our artist Piper Young. We felt that the front page should clearly show her and her name. This is why we have used two photos of her very close up. We changed the pictures into black and white as colour didn't go with the background. We made her lips red as we thought this contrasted well.
At the top we have links going to a gallery, news, live, store and albums. Also we have joined Piper Young to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook so her fans can reach her through social networking sites.

Here is our 'Gallery' page. There are various photos from a photoshoot we done but have changed the background and edited them to make them look like they are from different times. We plan to add more photos in time.

Here is our 'News' page. This keeps the fans updated with all the latest things that Piper Young is 

doing. More will be added to this.

Here is our 'Live' page. This shows when Piper Young will be performing and where. We have based most of her performances in America as she is American therefore most of her fans will be based there. If you click the ''TICKETS" buttons, it will take you to TicketMaster.com

Here is our 'Merchandise' page. This is where you can buy personalised Piper Young products. We have used popular products for example a T-Shirt and a iPhone case.
